5 qt Food Mill comes equipped with 5 interchangeable cutting plates allowing for a variety of textures. The plates have perforations of 1/16", 3/32", or 5/32" (15mm, 25mm or 4mm). It can put out 3 pounds per minute and fits on any 7 inch or larger receptacle. Made of stainless steel.
